MORIAH HUMISTON

Moriah Humiston considers herself lucky that she was surrounded by powerful female athletes as a kid. Now, Moriah enjoys being able to be that positive influence for young girls who run through social media and running groups. Moriah had to learn how to run for fun rather than to achieve a certain time or burn a certain amount of calories. Being able to empower young women and teach them those same skills is important to Moriah so that she can pass the knowledge she has down through generations of women.
